Our CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM MEMBERS are simply the best. We provide state of the art training to insure that each member is provided the opportunity to perfect the necessary skills needed for this position.

Each Team Member is expected to have a positive attitude along with a genuine willingness to learn and perfect certain skills. We’ve carefully developed our systems and methods to take advantage of these basic skills. This training is a process in which people can succeed by growing personally and professionally – one that rewards our employees, our customers and ultimately, those for which we work, our shareholders.

Training

At Mohawk, we believe growth begins with our people. That’s why training is a priority throughout the Company. For our Customer Service Team Members we’ve initiated new phone and computer automation training to improve access to customer orders, shipping information and claims processing information, enabling the Team Member to provide accurate up-to-date information. The Mohawk Group online training program presents convenient access to learn these skills our people have found so effective. Through these online presentations, Team Members can identify the most important attributes to emphasize for each customer.
